Built to help workers
Private drafts and uploads are owner only. Reviewers see the exact revision shared with them. Workspace administrators manage invitations; this does not give them review access to private drafts.
No background listening, location trails, productivity rankings, voice identification or worker scoring. Infrastructure operators may have restricted access for necessary support and maintenance.
Crew names and crafts are planning records, not verified qualifications. Approval and personal acknowledgement are distinct records tied to an immutable revision.
Offline data controls
0 plans stored locally.
Loaded drafts can be edited offline. Only explicitly downloaded references are retained. Save offline to queue a draft update; synchronization runs while the app is open and online. Conflicts require your decision. Voice recordings are never uploaded automatically.
Browser storage can be evicted. Local access cannot reflect an immediate remote revocation. Offline login, AI and approval are unavailable. Signing out clears all local account data.
Take the plan with you
Use your browser's Install app option. On iPhone or iPad, open Safari's Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen.
Recording needs a supported browser and HTTPS, or desktop localhost. A phone opening an HTTP LAN address may not receive microphone access.
Start → stop → review or discard → explicitly upload & transcribe → correct text → confirm. Maximum 120 seconds / 10 MiB. Confirming removes raw audio stored by the app. Abandoned clips are handled by the documented cleanup schedule; provider retention is separate.
Always type when recording or transcription is unavailable.
